Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all such accounts will be considered duplicates — any bonuses collected across those accounts will be forfeited and all accounts will be closed.
Warning: If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, this may be flagged as duplicate accounts. Please notify customer support in advance to avoid any issues.
Account Security
- Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
- If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact support immediately.
- 2299 BDT will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

- Placing bets on your own behalf from a personal account.

Prohibited Activities
- Use of bots or automated software Betting or playing under any form of coercion is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the system or any account.
- Using multiple accounts or false identities to exploit the bonus system.
- Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical flaw in the platform.
If any of the above prohibited activities are found, 2299 BDT reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance.
All financial transactions on 2299 BDT are secure and transparent. Please review the following payment-related terms as outlined in our rules and conditions.
Deposit
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100
- Maximum Deposit: up to ৳5,00,000 per day
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
- 2299 BDT does not charge any fees on deposits; however, payment gateway fees may apply.
Withdrawal
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum Withdrawal: Up to ৳2,00,000 per day
- Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal and may take up to 24 hours.
- After verification, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically arrive within 15 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
Please Note: Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method. For example, if you deposited via bKash, withdrawals must also be made through bKash — requests via a different method may be temporarily suspended.
Financial Security
2299 BDT strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is detected, additional verification may be requested and the transaction may be placed on hold if necessary.

Wagering Requirement
- Each bonus comes with a specified wagering multiplier (×8 to ×30).
- The bonus amount must be fully wagered before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.

Odds & Results
- Published odds are subject to change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
- If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake is generally refunded.
- Results from official sports governing bodies are used to determine outcomes.
- When a line is suspended during live betting, no new bets will be accepted for that period.
